Redland Clay Tile – Old World Style

Tim Scherer of Regency Construction Company built this home and had Dority Roofing & Solar install the old world Redland Clay Tile. The designers chose a two-piece Baja Mission style, in the Sandcast series. We installed the tile with a slight serpentine, a random cap boost and natural cement mortar under the hip and ridge tiles, with hand made mortar bird stops.
