I realize that the extensive water and mildew damage that occurred, as a result of the poor construction and design by the original contractor 5 years ago, created some real challenges for you. I was very impressed with the way you were able to assess the extent of the damages and come up with innovative ways to address each and every one of them in a very professional manner.

In looking back at the scope of the problems, I am very thankful that I did not hire just any contractor to do the work, but one who specializes in custom deck and waterproofing work with the expertise and knowledge to recognize the causes of the original problems and eliminate the potential for these same issues to create problems in the future. The fact that you took the time to thoroughly explain to me what had happened in each phase of the demolition and how you were going to address that issue during reconstruction so that the problem would not reoccur was extremely helpful and reassuring.

Lastly, I want to thank you for your professionalism in getting the job completed in a very timely manner. You and your crew were punctual and worked continually on the project until completion with very little down time in spite of the fact that we found considerably more damage than we had originally expected and contracted for. I know you were busy and had other projects that needed attention, but I very much appreciated the fact that you continued to work on our project unabated until completion.

We had been wanting to replace our shake shingle (fire unsafe) roof and maybe install solar power in our house, but we were overwhelmed with the choices and the whole process. We met with different roofers but it was hard to get a sense of what was involved until we met with Dority Roofing.  Kasey walked us through what was involved, gave us several options and the corresponding bids. The prices were fair. It was an easy decision to go with Dority and it was pretty much a turnkey solution. When it was all done our roof and solar system were perfect, the quality of the workmanship superb. It has probably been the easiest project we have done with a contractor. We love coming to our house and seeing the great work that Dority Roofing did!
