Redland Clay Tile

This beautiful custom home was recently built by Tim Scherer of Regency Construction Company. Two- piece Redland Clay Tile in the Baja Mission, Sandcast series was chosen for its hand- made, old world look. The tile was installed with a slight serpentine, a random cap boost and natural mortar under the hip and ridge tiles.
